earlier i totally ate all this cheese and grapes and crackers- at the mindfulness course im currently undertaking. it was such yummy cheese and i usually do not eat straight up cheese anymore but it was so good and i was so hungry... then i get home later and have a tummy ache and take a nap and wake up with the most pronounced frantic itch inducing hives all over my upper body! so red so hive-y so damn itchy!!!
wiped myself down with some chinese menthol oil and started to make food. alkaline food.
made an eggplant bartha and some rice. and drank some lemon water.
hives be gone, not eating that much cheese on an empty stomach again.
